Why is Chair Yoga for Everyone? Maybe you have an injury, maybe you don’t get off the floor as easily as you used to, maybe you’re an office worker wanting a break. We move through the same poses as mat yoga. We just don’t get on the floor.
As a Bottoms Downie, you’ll lengthen and strengthen muscles with an ease you never expected. Work at your own pace. With the added support of the chair, you’ll build confidence and strength quickly.
