Merchandise Return Policy
Because all of our merchandise is custom and printed on demand specifically for the buyer, it is important that the buyer makes sure shipping address and product size are accurate. By placing an order, the buyer is solely responsible for any product shipments that are undeliverable or unclaimed for any reason.
Undeliverable and unclaimed orders will be returned to the custom print-on-demand vendor where it will be stored for 30 days before being donated to charity without a refund. Should the buyer wish to have the order reshipped during this 30 day period the buyer must contact Bottoms Down directly at orders@bottomsdown.com so a re-shipment can be arranged at the buyer's expense.
The Buyer is solely responsible for ordering the correct size of product. Unfortunately returns cannot be accepted for products that do not fit due to incorrect sizing. The buyer can contact Bottoms Down directly at orders@bottomsdown.com and the best discount possible will be offered for a replacement order at the buyer's expense.
Should the buyer receive misprinted/damaged/defective products, contact Bottoms Down at orders@bottomsdown.com within 14 days so a problem report can be submitted to the custom print-on-demand vendor for a resolution.
For orders lost in transit, contact Bottoms Down at orders@bottomsdown.com within 14 days after the estimated delivery date so a claim can be submitted to the custom print-on-demand vendor. Any claim deemed an error on the part of the custom print-on-demand vendor will be covered at their expense.
